Summary: Room spotless, staff great, alarm clock batteries dead, lamps in elevator floor indicators burned out. Given the price and level of prominence, these are bits that, while rather small, should be regularly monitored and fixed. Again, staff were very helpful and accommodating!

Summary: We stayed in the junior suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was also excellent martinis in the bar!

Summary: Upon checking in the young lady at the front desk was clueless. I asked her about room service. She said she thinks it ends at 11. I asked her about a few other things and her sense has always begin with I think. I booked a king size bed and got two doubles and when I went back to the desk, she told me that there was nothing they can do about it, especially because I booked it through Expedia and they made the mistake and there’s no rooms available. Then it took one hour for room service to bring me a bowl of fruit. I do not recommend this property anybody special for the price that they charge?

Summary: This quaint hotel is absolutely stunning. Loved everything about it, the staff was impeccable, the food was devine, couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! I will be back!!
